ASSIST
This project was part of a UKUH-funded programme on Unconventional Hydrocarbons in the UK Energy System. My role focused on translating complex quantitative and qualitative data from the ASSIST research into clear, visually engaging data visualizations.
International Transition Day Exhibition
I created a series of graphic and print materials for the International Transition Day Book Exhibition and related events, commissioned by Heriot-Watt University. The designs aimed to connect the theme of translation with visual storytelling.
Taiwan Arts Festival Podcast
This project involved developing a podcast series to promote the Taiwan Arts Festival in Edinburgh. My work included podcast production, visual identity design, and website development to ensure a cohesive and engaging digital presence.
Translating Taiwan
A Heriot-Watt–funded project exploring Taiwan’s multilingual heritage. I designed and developed the website with a focus on UX and accessibility.
IDRIC Impact Accelerate Project
This project uses design skills to visualise the research concepts and outputs in various forms, including infographics, brochures, videos, etc.
Whisper Bank
This is a design exercise for a fictional bank app. The design process places the user’s needs at the centre. The deliverables include wireframes and high-fidelity mockups of key user workflow.
Museum Translation
This fully responsive landing webpage was designed for translation scholars to register for the webinars in the summer of 2022.
Scotia Youth
The project is to design a homepage for a new charity organisation. The user experience design strategy includes persona creation and design evaluation.
Student-led conference
A student-led conference and concert website was created to express the vibrancy of the postgraduate research community and the diversity of the research topics.
Special Day
The website homepage redesign was submitted to Special Day e-commerce party decoration company for a website redesign competition.
Better Deals
A website homepage designed for a comparison website. A 5-star review was awarded.
Flosum
The homepage mockups are designed and submitted to Flosum’s website design competition.

Off The Staves is a website designed to disseminate seminar information.
Fashionmonger
Fashionmonger is a wedding photography service company. The website was designed to showcase their work and promote the in-store experience.
Toy Museum
Toy Museum is designed for users to interact with a series of vintage toys in the 1980s. All toys are created in 3D and then rendered into 2D cartoonish style, using Flash scripts to add its interactivity.
Memory Traces
Memory Traces is a touch-screen based interaction design, exploring the web as a space for collective memories. It mashes up texts and photos from Twitter and Flickr to show people’s memory of a city.
Collector Game
Collector Game is a coursework project with a focus on developing a new way of interacting with technology. A player can blow into a digital artefact (via a microphone) to transform a virtual object.
